1. How do I book a trip with Reach Travel?

Just head to our homepage, choose your destination, travel dates, and service (flight, hotel, cruise, or package), and follow the simple steps to book. It takes minutes, and confirmation hits your inbox instantly.


2. Can I cancel or modify my booking after it’s confirmed?

Most bookings can be changed or canceled, but it depends on the provider’s policy. Some are refundable, some charge a fee. Check your confirmation email or our Cancellation & Refund Policy for specifics.


3. How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds usually take 7 to 21 business days to reflect in your account. This depends on the provider and your payment method. If it’s taking longer, reach out  we’ll track it down for you.


4. What if my flight or hotel gets canceled?

If the provider cancels, we’ll help you reschedule, get a credit, or request a refund based on their terms. We’re your backup crew, always ready to help.


5. Is my data secure when I use Reach Travel?

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Can I book for someone else?

Yes! You can book for friends, family, or co-workers  just be sure to enter their correct info when filling out the traveler details. The confirmation will still come to you.


8. Do I need to create an account to book?

Nope  you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to manage bookings, save preferences, and track past trips.


9. What happens if I miss my flight or check-in?

10. Do you offer travel insurance?

Not directly, but we strongly recommend it. During checkout, we may show insurance add-ons from trusted third-party providers. Travel protection is always worth considering.
