At Reach Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and supportive of your travel needs. All cancellation and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below and may vary depending on the service provider (e.g., airline, cruise line, hotel).
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. The refund amount will depend on the specific travel product purchased and its associated cancellation terms.
Flight Bookings: Airline cancellation policies apply. Reach Travel follows the fare rules set by each carrier.
Hotel Reservations: Most hotel bookings are refundable up to 48–72 hours before check-in. Exceptions apply for non-refundable rates.
Cruises & Tour Packages: Cruises and tour packages are subject to third-party operator terms. Some may be partially refundable based on notice period.
Vacation Packages: Multi-service bookings may have different refund windows for each component.
Service and convenience fees charged by Reach Travel are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to an error on our end.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–21 business days, depending on the provider’s timeline. Delays may occur during peak travel seasons.
Failure to check in or show up for a scheduled departure is considered a no-show and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
In the event a travel service provider cancels your trip (e.g., airline or cruise), we will assist you in obtaining a full or partial refund, credit, or rescheduling as per the provider’s policy.
Reach Travel is not liable for refunds in cases of force majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions. We will, however, do our best to advocate on your behalf.
